Arleen has spent the past few days trying to fix up the PC. It has been giving us fits for quite a while and she finally decided that, again, it needs to be redone. 
I was going to use the Mac, which always works great, but it is old and outdated and many of my blog apps don't work with the old version. 
Some day when we have some discretionary funds, we are going to get a couple of Macs. Originally we only got the PCs so Arleen could do her school work, which is all designed for PCs. 
Anyways, to make a long story even longer ... the PC is finally working well enough for me to do my blogs and stuff.
So the "blogging fool" is back. 
It's funny, I am really missing Ruby and I think the dogs are too. It's been real quite around here the past few days. I think even Toots is missing Ruby. Ruby was her outside buddy, barking and running in the yard with her. 
Muff is pretty much a mama's girl and mostly stays in here with me.
I am finally feeling better and mostly have my voice back. I'm trying not to overdo it, but I know I'm feeling better. This morning, I woke up at 3:00 am and was wide awake. 
So I spent my time getting things organized on the computer. Then, about the time Arleen woke up, I went back to bed. 
When I got up, I found that someone had an accident on the bedroom floor. 
I expect it was Bentley (he has some digestive problems sometimes). I got out the new (refurbished) Dirt Devil Spot Scrubber I bought and struggled to get it working. It has a problem and I admit, I'm not very happy about it. I bought it from Big Lots for not too much money so I guess I shouldn't be surprised but I really need this to work. 
I did finally get it to sort of work and cleaned the spot, but I have several other spots that need cleaning so I really need it to work well. I guess I should have just bought a new one, but money is a bit tight right now so the less expensive one seemed like a better buy. 
Guess you live and learn.
I recorded the Sharks/Ducks hockey game last night so I'm watching that while I clean and do laundry. It's quite a game — mostly fighting — very intense. Playoffs are always so fun. I watched the Wings win again last night. GO WINGS!! 
I am working on a response to my son in law's latest e-mail in our religious discussion. I was feeling so crummy the past two weeks that I just didn't feel like working on much of anything. 
But now I'm back at it.
All Creatures is going to be doing several events in the next few months, all to spread the word. 
In addition, we will have Petlane and HealthyPetNet info. All Creatures is having a fundraiser

Well, I gotta go get some laundry done and clean up a bit. 
It's supposed to be warm and sunny the next few days so I'll be outside most of the time.
