It's been a long time since I've blogged on any of my blogs. Things have been a bit crazy around here. We expanded our spiritual services to two days a week, Sunday and Wednesday.
So now instead of one service a week, I am doing two. I have been going to lots of events around Detroit to promote the church.
And, of course, it's summer —
gardening time! I have been outside a lot working in the garden. I have tons of veggies planted plus flowers and stuff. I am also reworking some of my garden beds. I plan to can and freeze some of the veggies and donate the rest to various charities around town.
Then there's the dogs. Muffin had a bad patch on her belly and rather than take chances, we had it removed. It was too fast growing for my liking, but the biopsy showed it's not cancerous. But they did find ringworm (not an actual worm but a fungus). So now we have to keep an eye on her and the other dogs since it's contagious.
Finally, two days after Muff had surgery, I ended up in the hospital with a kidney stone. They say it's the worst pain ever
and they're absolutely correct. If I had had a gun, I would have shot myself to put me out of my misery.
I was in the hospital for three days then recovering at home for a week. Yipes!!
So I haven't had much time to blog, but now I'm back. It's going to be hot, then rainy for the next few days, so I'll be inside working.
I found a great website I recommend to everyone. It's called Born Again American
and the video on the home page is wonderful. Check it out and join us to help make American even better than before.
